EVARYTHING GOOD
I've been an Eva Alordiah fan since 2011. There's always been something unique about her style and delivery.. She's also an all-round artist that delved into make up, rapping, poems, singing & other forms of art.
Eva Alordiah is a multi-talented independent artist & Co-founder of a tech startup from the Southern part of Nigeria. She evolved from wanting to be the best female rapper in Africa to the rapper that uses her talent to help people.
Her lyrics reflected who she was at every stage of her self discovery & musical journey. A part of her song "high" off her "G.I.G.O" (Garbage In Garbage Out) EP released in 2011 where she stated that "everybody on the street want a million, but me nah get no clue about the things I really want, but me know say me wan get high". She was subconsciously paving a way for herself through her music because she found solace in her talents.
She released (To Self) in 2017 where she spoke about seeking the truth, facing her demons and no longer running away. She didn't need to pretend anymore when she discovered her talent, she felt blessed the day she wrote her first rhyme.
In 2019, she released (Solo Life) where she spoke about doing better on her own & making music for the passion & whatever comes from it. She's become a teacher and messenger to the sublime.. A part of the video below.. Full video on YouTube.
When she took a music break & came back fully, it reflected in her lyrics, she became a whole new creation, her endless thirst for knowledge led her to her truth, she found her full power & potential in solitude.
She acknowledged herself as a work in progress, learning and becoming a better person each day.. And what's better than that? Because life itself is a school without no guidelines & learning never ends..
