Music is the general name for this very big family tree with branches attached to it (and branches are connected, even if some wither).
DJ's are wayyy more important than we give them credit for. They have a song for every mood! (It takes a special kind of talent to curate moods and convey them to a target audience).
There are songs you listen to when you want to party or have a good time with friends and loved ones. That's a "mood" for the moment.
Musicians are paid to write movie soundtracks, in relation to the said movie to convey a certain mood to the viewer, hence audiovisual.
What is music without instrumental? They coexist to soothe your soul...
INSTRUCTING YOUR MENTAL SHOULD GO WITH WORDS
"INSTRUMENTAL" as it implies is to "INSTRUCT" your "MENTAL"
For instance, R'N'B stands for (Rhythm & Blues) & R.A.P stands for (Rhythm & Poetry) or maybe Perception.
Musicians may get inspired when they hear certain instrumentals before they start to write. Hence they're inspired to instruct your mentals with words & simultaneous flow of feelings delivered with creativity, a certain mood, rhythm of essence & poetry, supported with a resonating sound... Hence instrumental.
His Imperial Majesty (H.I.M) Haile Selassie I once mentioned that "Education develops the intellect & that distinguishes man from other creatures. It is education that enables man to harness nature & utilize her resources for the well being & improvement of his life. Man shall not live by bread alone, therefore man is also composed of intellect & soul. So education must aim to provide food for the intellect & soul. The education which ignores man's intrinsic nature & neglects his intellect & reasoning power cannot be considered true education.

With that being read, are you instructing your mentals with positive or negative education? Because whatever you listen to or watch goes directly to your senses. Don't fill your senses with dead weight.

Bob Marley has a biopic (One Love) that'd be in theatres in 2024.
